Reason why CR only for soph investors/institutional investors is because they can lump up the big $$$ and the money can go straight to the company in a few day or within a week. Whereas if it is open to retails, it will much longer (eg. weeks) before company receives the money. Retails wont be able to lump out 10s of million of dollars..this can only be done through institutional investors (eg. high value clients)
