I have no doubt whatever's been arranged, it's a done deal, we'll find out tomorrow who shares have gone to and that it would've been XXX% oversubscribed.
Thereafter a bit of a dilution which won't affect sp much if at all and then... THEN... we'll be off like a rocket.
