What a terrible and uninformed tweet. It is in the best interests of shareholders to capitalise on recent growth in interest and the SP of IOU by securing the $40m as quickly as possible so they can get on with expanding the BNPL business through SE Asia. The cap raise has been executed perfectly as far as I'm concerned.
EDIT: Btw this is your first post on the IOU forums and it has already been well established that the cap raise was at 50c, so it's pretty clear that you're just here to downramp
