They cap raise because of the price spike... is the obvious answer. The conspiratorial answer is that they have access to dark pools of capital who drive the price up, which is quite simple simple really given that if they push the price up two days in a row and then let it go flat, people will naturally buy the dip. Still, decent for holders.
