I don't think your off target at alll. It's the most logical explanation to me . If it is that, my levels of confidence in management will be 10 fold.
i will look to be doubling down here big time. It's scary to think what the sp price would be if it was an app stab purchase, was bullish on the merge , but outright purchase instead?
am not too keen on rocket ships but We we would re rate big time.
