It says share subscription agreement. They mentioned offering tnr holders first dibs in the Mt monger float.
You'd need a share subscription agreement if that is the case. Subscription = subscribe.
They have options in the money, worth 8m. Nva would hold many, so they could get cash any day via nva converting.
I don't think a capital change in tnr based on easy money if they needed it via the 400m plus options.
