This looks like a equity facility, where the company can call on the finance facilitator to buy shares in the company after giving notice.
The facilitator will most likely be given a heap of free shares and options as fees for setting up the arrangement.
If this is what is coming, then from many companies previous experience, such equity arrangements are share price destroyers.
I was a frequent share holder in this company 20 to 30 years ago during the Cluff resources days, still have the free diamonds and rubies they gave us share holders.
The companies gold focus looks promising.
