A slow expansion plan for the business is the wrong thing to do right now. They have customers waiting , big customers, who are expanding their businesses (see Samsung $900 million EV battery plant expansion in Hungary). This is the perfect opportunity to raise, they're looking after holders, and they'll be promoting the company to people with money, who talk to other people with money!
