Very intrigued by this. Didn't see a CR coming.
Operationally nothing suggests a CR is needed to fund current operations. So a couple of things could be occurring (speculating here of course):
- Funds needed for drilling partnership
- Institution wants in
- Insiders see the bottom and want the opportunity to purchase at these lows
- Noting ATS have been paying off debit quickly, simply changes to the financial weighting to allow more equity and less debt.
Wondering if it will be available to retail shareholders, but if so i'm keen to get in.
