    IMO, I'd say they need cash to fight the France battle. The cookie jar would be pretty low at the moment.

    I agree we don't need more dilution, nor a lower share price, however if it is a confidence thing to fight the French with lawyers, they must think there is a good chance of winning otherwise no one would put their hands in their pockets.
