Breeze is playing the game perfectly, adhering to all the bureaucratic nonsense the government likes to perpetuate. As seen in the last few weeks, significant steps have been taken in appointing staff to the necessary fields - all of which have been in relation to environmental safety. I honestly can't fathom how you interpret actions such as this as 'bad announcements'.
