TRADING HALT REQUEST
Lodestar Minerals Limited hereby requests a halt in the trading of its securities from today, 25 February
2021.
The trading halt is requested pending announcement regarding a project interest currently held by
GoldFellas Pty Ltd who are proposed to be acquired by Lodestar.
For the purposes of Listing Rule 17.1, the Company provides the following information:
a) Lodestar Minerals Limited requests the trading halt from Thursday, 25 February 2021 to the
commencement of trading on Monday, 1 March 2021; and
b) The Company is not aware of any reason why the trading halt should not be granted.
