Doesn't the Novartis deal involve them taking on MSB shares as part of the deal?
Looks like this may be connected. would be nicer if the price was a bit higher, but the recent sell down may have been a coordinated effort to get them in at the price they wanted.
Far better if it's them as opposed to someone else because we need cash.
