I think @whytee makes a good point, whenever there is good news in mesoblast it gets announced immediately and trading halts are usually bad news, this could be a plan B for Novartis throwing in the towel. The other thing that concerns me is that if silviu was confident that we would get conditional approval for any one of the indications recently announced, then why not wait to raise capital at a much higher share price? Incredibly frustrating
