Raising funds. Probably long term fixed rate debt to an investment fund. Funding is an issue raised on here before. Could be to continue the aGVHD trial for the FDA, or the MIS-C trial. Either way I don't see how issuing private equity/securities will hurt the SP that much. Pending financial reports will probably shave 6 cents off SP. Long run I think it indicates Mesoblast is focused on continuing trials.
