Coincidence? A left field take:
There is no CR at all. Novartis is the “targeted industry investor”. Novartis is supposed to be giving MSB $25m for equity in a “proposed private placement”.
People might have thought this was a done deal and the $25m was in the bank. Perhaps MSB have something to tell investors about this … in light of when they read the half yearly results.
