Please excuse me ignorance, but as part of the last ANN ASM stated that they would pretty much progress with the 5200kg plant.
Therefore, this ANN should not be a surprise?
I would have thought that the Scoping Study will outline the ecominic benefits of the plant (i.e. how much it will cost and how much it will recover via sales).
In terms of the actual plant being constructed, well that cat got out of the bag from the last ANN.
