If shareholders dont get a chance to participate after the instos/SFO's get their allocations then at least a sweetener could be a free issue of options on a pro-rata basis ( i for 5, or 1 for 10 etc) . The paperwork/cost to issue options is minimal and I note some other junior explorers have recently have issued freebie options to keep the troops happy.
