I'm sure this will be for insto's only. It usually is these days.
It says to me they are making hay while the sun shines. I'd argue that most times the sp will fall to at or below the c/r level. I often find the share price is pumped up or supported (probably by the insto's) for a few weeks following the c/r.
Extra cash is good. Dilution for us retail holders isn't so good.
I still like the fundamentals of the company although the buckwheat thing is still in the back of my mind.
