you can look at it in two ways

positive:- if business is expanding, acquisitions/partnerships foe big revenues are coming, company needs it for future growth for debt reduction/cash balance in order for it to grow

negative:- share dilution/ & if the business is doing CR just to pay staff wages/expenses, in short just to survive, it’s In a big mess!!

@Westsice hopefully, but cornerstone investors normally look for a >100 million company??
