YOZO is not public yet, there are talks about it going public (whether it happens or not remains to be seen).

I simply asserted that a bookbuild 'usually' happens before an IPO. I did not say that it is the only time a bookbuild occurs.

I then asserted that 'maybe' this will be a good thing.

The words 'usually' and 'maybe' hardly convey a statement of fact.

If you don't know the difference between 'fact' and 'opinion' maybe ask instead of presuming.
