To all regular TAS forum members:

Once a stock becomes popular, and the volume traded on a daily basis thus suddenly becomes very significant (like TAS today), the day traders move in. This is the case with every stock on the ASX.

Whilst day traders often bring much needed liquidity to a stock, they are also very well known for manipulating the SP for extremely quick profits and for their own personal gain. Having said this, they often operate in groups, and feed off unsuspecting investors, like a school of sharks.

Generally, social media platforms like HC have made life far easier for stock manipulators.
