I strongly believe this will be for Tin IMO.

A Binding offtake would require XX amount of product over XX amount of years, at XX rate (or pricing formula).

A material agreement would be less conducive for AVZ and could state a fixed percentage of tin produced over a period a time. It allows for a ramp up in Tin production over a period of time and doesnt lock in or cap the Tin volume.

But we shall find out Wednesday morning !
