'execution of a material agreement' I read this as the finalisation of an agreement to supply material. I'm thinking some sort of agreement to supply tin or Spodumene and not thinking FId, sez or increase in ownership. Could be wrong, one thing I do know is that anything is possible in the AVZ world....No matter what, it seems very positive and could drive us out of the 18-21 cent doldrums, to rerate our base.
