I think it is an insult for Lai to remain on our board, while being employed as Executive Director of Cloudten and Decipher Works (per LinkedIn profile). None of this was disclosed in the memorandum of the meeting to the sale and the experts report. You would think being retained in those positions would exclude you from voting on the sale, as there is an interest in how the vote turns out.

As far as I am aware no shareholder was excluded.
