Rights issue = existing holders are entitled to get some
basically an announcement will come out and you will be able to fill out a form to redeem (purchase) the shares at $0.05 - you will be allowed to buy 1 for every 17 you hold. So if you have 100,000 now, you can buy another 5,882 add to your portfolio. 5882 x $0.05 = $294
