    Wasn't the comment made in a recent interview (Kim Cavallaro, departed) that there will be no more cap raisings, funding will be via debt and grants etc.?

    Too much speculation to be had here are they just filling a gap between expansion costs and grants / debt funding they can get their hands on?

    Interesting to see what information is released Monday
