A bit of history, I think that North Rankin was discovered on the 6th or 7th exploration well. Each duster added to their subsurface model until the got it right.
I believe that Dempsey added critical data for GJ and his team to modify their model and now Borba saw more gas then they expected in the first of many zones. I believe GJ has cracked the model and that is why he shows understated confidence, adopting a pragmatic IR campaign and treating this well as a significant well like the majors would view and treat it
