If Directors (full stop) could be held accountable, we would have a much better world. Public or Private makes no difference in my opinion, I've dealt with a few in my time. It's a rare few that cut through the bullsh#t and serve the company and its shareholders without serving themselves along the way.
Appreciate your kind response. MTC was my pull my head in moment. I've really only kept it alive in my portfolio as a reminder of my poor investment decision, but, it's time to let it go and move on.
