With a SPP announced and priced at a ~10% (was ~20%) discount to current market price, I'd expect additional weakness from holders arbitraging their ability to participate (sell now, but buy later).
The SPP is priced at $0.28/sh, so won't be surprised if the shares drop further to those levels. There'll be a month or so of this sideways movement until the SPP wraps up in April/May.
Great for a medium term hold though with the exciting growth opportunities for De.mem in mining!
