So have they raised $15m (including the old $3m from Viburnum) or $18m in fresh funds? Use of proceeds suggests $15m in new money?
And who contributed the final $5/8m? No mention of management dipping into their personal pockets which I'd assume they'd have to disclose so I assume they haven't contributed? Anyone know?
I agree to raise $15/$18m is great, but how/why management have again failed to participate is inexcusable IMO (if my assumption is accurate).
