From the documents I read the raising as follows, correct me if I'am wrong:
- $2.5m; a direct placement in the market at 1.5c (next week)
- $10m: 2 cornerstone investors (May)
- $5.5m: either a direct placement- or a rights issue, to be determined in an EGM (May)
It's surprising to me that the sp is still 1.9c, while 170m shares will be offered at 1.5c next week
