Here it comes.....
1. The trading halt is requested in connection with the above noted proposed placement to
sophisticated and professional investors. The trading halt is required to enable the
placement to be conducted in an orderly manner;
2. The Company requests that the trading halt continues until the earlier of it making an
announcement regarding the matters above and the commencement of trading on
Thursday, 18 March 2021; and
3. The Company is not aware of any reason why the trading halt should not be granted or of
any other information necessary to inform the market or ASX about the trading halt.
