Even with the $98m in cash, RED has been very clear, that they can get around $160m in debt. 160+98 = $248m
On paper, that should have been enough, yet, because Darlot is a money pit.... add in exploration, admin etc and suddenly, RED might be looking for money just when it should be sitting strong.... hence, capital raising.
