So with capital raise, current options that are on issue along with the performance shares once all exercised would bring the SOI to roughly 4.5 billion. That works out to be almost a 71% increase of SOI.
they had better put a decent sales pitch on this to current investors because this feel like a swift kick in the balls tbh.
