Desmond Lee and these guys have been around for yrs. Desmond started Appxplore in 2011, he has been doing it for yrs. Others in the team the same story. The CEO himself has been doing it for yrs.
I think they paid like 100k for Joyseed 70% ownership. Start training them up and we are slowly seeing the results. Rocky Rampage has done well. I think once they invest they start investing in the business they aquire and give them resources human and money.
I think it will be another Joyseed type deal and then do the same thing but like i said he loves investing so could be anything.
