CEZ, the Czech utility, owns 51% of Geomet, the owners of the Cinovec lithium mine. (49% owned by EMH).
CEZ is 70% govt owned. The Czechs are quite precious about who owns mineral assets in their country.
CEZ is going to build a battery gigafactory in the CR. There are rumuors that they might partner with VW/Skoda (Czech Skoda factory) on this.
So I suppose it's a possibility that CEZ might take a stake in EMN.
