fascinating that no one is talking about this....its the most significant news event in years. Potential dilution event (new equity) debt to equity conversion, repayment of stan char bond, the ability to further the projects, pricing of the deal, new major shareholder,....and yet everyone is just focused on the short seller thread....pretty staggering.
