In my mind a heavily discounted capital raise has been the biggest risk once there is a clear run to completing the assets. Especially if the minorities do not have opportunity to participate. This is also why I was so concerned about the treatment of SCPE. It could be a precursor of our fate.


I did bring up the risk of a capital raise on the 10/11 March in the short selling thread in a bit of banter with SCLee.

In any case we cannot do anything now, other than wait til Tuesday.

It will be interesting to see how the shorters deal with, it or whether there is in increase in residual liquidity, or whether any new "name" comes onto the register and gives in more weight.
