TBH I would expect that if there is a CR to be had, it'd be more likely to be a private single investor -- someone with enough weight behind them to clear roadblocks

I think management is acutely aware of what impact dilution would have -- but perhaps it's a question of "do you want 85% of $5bn or do you want 100% of $160m?"

Not a great situation to be in but sometimes you have to make the most of what you have in front of you. It's done now so I guess we just gotta buckle up and see where we land


edit- also worth noting 100% of $0m is a real possibility!
