In all seriousness now, I am thinking it will be discounted to average over last whatever, but it closed at 9c, so lets say 8c for round numbers. They will want to pay out SCPE and get that monkey off their backs, but they have to have something left over to fulfil and fast track their agenda. So they need US$42 for SCPE and at least US$20m on top, so let's say US$65. So at 8c, they would need to issue 1 billion shares. I think we are going to see 50% dilution, but the only saving grace is that I see no way that EWI will not take up their entitlement. The question is, is it a way forward to fast track success, and as zdzz says, who will they be in bed with, because they will want certainty around the rights being soaked up by friendly forces?
