For me, the mistake RAP made (and why i never invested) was to try for too much to the point of almost telling a doctor how to suck eggs. That was never going fly in my book - not anytime soon anyway. Respiri is a more suppotive device working with the care giver and patient/family. Whether spirometry is the gold standard is academic. The only question is whether Respiri's approach is fit for its intended purpose and the answer is yes.
