Im no chart expert but the action does not lean towards a traditional capital raising as there has been no intention to increase the 30day average. That's the usual play you see prior to an insto involvement.
If it turns out to be a debt funding arrangement that will be a huge tick of approval and id anticipate mr market would take note and it should run hard.
