Request for Trading Halt – Wiluna Mining Corporation Limited (WMX)

In accordance with Listing Rule 17.1, Wiluna Mining Corporation Limited (“Wiluna Mining”) requests that an immediate
trading halt be placed on its securities pending the release of an announcement regarding a proposed Stage 1 funding
proposal.

Wiluna Mining anticipates that the trading halt will be lifted on or before market open on Wednesday 24 March 2021
by provision of an announcement to ASX regarding the proposal.

Wiluna Mining is not aware of any reason why the trading halt should not be granted, nor of any other information
relevant to this request.

This trading halt request has been approved by the Board of Wiluna Mining
