There is no need to dilute for the sake of it.
they could rise 50M shares at $6 later on and they will have the $300M battery manganese plant with no debt. This is insanely positive.
this has the potential to be a $2b company in 2022 with no debt, profiting at NPAT $100-$150M by end of 2022 with just 200M shares.
look at ORE, PLS $2b-$3b companies that are yet to make a penny.
