Don't get me wrong - the company is great and have been a long-term holder. Still not selling.
1. The price was too cheap;
2. We were not given a chance to participate (I hold a lot so this is disappointing);
3. On the term sheet - they wanted to raise more (and I am sure could have) They should have used this opportunity to raise the full amount.
I do like they are ramping up a lot more quickly.
