I'm thinking the same thing. Seismic needs to happen now and we can pay for it with this CR. Farm in can then be negotiated up to mid year without the seismic component perhaps, leaving us a larger % of working interest. Some direction or partner may have change if seismic is no longer a part of the farm in deal. This could mean the non binding farm in offer has changed or been improved imo.

The PSA gets done soon and the TH may also be in place for that announcement. I can't see Scott making an unnecessary decision at this point in time, or one that would leave shareholders worse off. I'm feeling comfortable with this so far. Who knows, there may not end up being a farm in partner if we keep taking all the steps by our self.
