They first issued 2c options to nva when the sp was, 1.4c.
Most companies at 6c, would be issuing 6c to 10c with 3 year strike.
Also there are already 443m worth 8.8m outstanding.
If nva converted, 600k alone. So why add more shares.
I wish they had waited till after the jorc because if good sp up and an issue would have been higher price and less diluting.
But main issue as others have, reward all holders, not a select few.
