Not sure about that Chris. I made contact with the Gov last week and they informed me the DPEMP is still under review. The next few months should see it in the public arena for viewing/comment. I may be wrong but I'm tipping Rock Lodge is about to get cranked up.....we know land access agreements were being sought. Also it wouldn't have taken a lot of capital to restart Nelson Bay River considering most of its contracted out. Also last time they shipped the iron ore their customer gave them an advance to help kick things along. This could be a ripper from left wing ;-)
