Not surprised.... Blue Spec has to be paid for, plus... I think they will move to bring it into the mine plan very early, so that will require some capital.
My guess is they will raise $20m. Then.... they will be, 'Fully Funded 2.0'.
Hopefully raising price will be at $0.42.
That being said, they should have just raised more in the recent raising. I guess the brokers want a bit more coin....
